Parsley salad | Sitno seckano

i don’t know if you like parsley as i do. i put a little in everything, soups, stews, salads, sandwiches… but in this salad parsley is the main ingredient and it is delicious. of course, you can add other greens too, like arugula, lettuce, other herbs…

half of a big bunch of parsley
2 green garlic stalks, especially the green part
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil (if available)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
wholegrain sesame seeds

no need to pick only the parsley leaves, the stalks are also full of flavor and healthy benefits. just cut the lowest and toughest part and discard. put the parsley in a heatproof bowl and pour boiling water over it. drain immediately and chop roughly. mix with the other ingredients, adjust the seasoning and the salad is ready to be served. you can also add scallions, radishes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cucumber…
